As a licensed civil engineer and real estate enthusiast, I co-founded Waseem Rentals LLC alongside two talented partners who share my vision for exceptional property management. My background in civil engineering has given me a strong foundation in project management and construction, but real estate quickly became my true passion. Obtaining my real estate license allowed me to combine my technical expertise with my love for design and property development.

My passion for helping others led me to a career in education, where I developed strong skills in communication, organization, and leadership. Transitioning into real estate, I realized that these same skills were incredibly valuable in property management, and I’ve been able to blend both worlds seamlessly.
